Additional Housing (Optional)
Housing in a single occupancy room for Saturday 4/26 and Sunday 4/27 nights is included in the workshop fee. If you are traveling from a far distance and would like to add an additional night for $65 a night, please indicate below. Rooms have shared bath facilities. Please bring your own bedding and bath towel. You may choose to stay Friday 4/25, Friday 5/2 and/or Saturday 5/3.

Dietary Needs*

Watershed provides continental breakfast, lunch and dinner on Saturday & Sunday. Only breakfast is served Saturday, May 3. We do our best to accommodate most dietary restrictions. Those with restrictions outside of the below options are welcome to store supplemental food in the studio kitchenette.
If you wish, please use the space below to share any information pertaining to your wellbeing that Watershed staff should be aware of prior to the workshop. This could include dietary information, accessibility needs, etc.

Permissions

Photo Release*
I grant Watershed Center for the Ceramic Arts and its authorized representatives permission to record my likeness and images of my work during the workshop. I further agree that any or all of the recorded material may be used, in any form, as part of publications, videos, brochures, advertisements or other digital or printed materials used to promote Watershed. I acknowledge that since the use of my likeness and my work is voluntary, I will receive no financial compensation.

I grant Watershed Center for the Ceramic Arts permission to share my e-mail address with the teaching artist and other participants of the workshop.
Liability Waiver*

Watershed requires on-campus program participants to follow our COVID health and safety guidelines in order to care for the most vulnerable in our community.
