Firing Workshops Watershed has two wood kilns, one soda/salt kiln, and a propane fired gas kiln that provides the foundation for several community firings each year. The gas kiln is a 35 cu ft down-draft kiln completed August 2005 by a group of residents for use by artists in the community. There is year round access. It fires up to cone 10 in oxidation or reduction. There is a firing fee and a firing workshop before using the kiln. 
These firing opportunities give participants valuable information and experience that they can apply to their work and future firings.
